Challenge
Over time Ryder.com had become a contributor to Ryder's brand erosion and confusion rather than an active extension of the brand. Shifts in business focus, development of multiple e-commerce applications, and the sale of the consumer rental business all contributed to brand confusion. The challenge was to integrate the numerous services and sub-site offered via Ryder.com, create a unified brand identity that digitally represented Ryder's corporate brand and provide a framework for the long-term goal of managing all Ryder customer relationships within the site.

InteractiveBlue and Ryder collaborated with the goal of changing Ryder.com's focus to more accurately represent its business and transactional components, improve the site's navigation, establish content management initiatives, accurately represent the corporate brand and establish a plan for Ryder.com's existing and future components.

The site also provides a roadmap for the development of future site components.
